Studio Guidelines and Safety
Small-group, age-appropriate art classes (just 8-10 students per session) designed to give every artist the attention, encouragement, and freedom they deserve. While I guide each project, students will shape the direction their artwork takes—exploring ideas, taking risks, making mistakes, and discovering what works best for them. This is a brand-new adventure, and things are still evolving! Subscribe to stay in the loop and be the first to grab spots when class signups are posted.
Refund Policy
Workshops are 100% refundable if cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the first session of the workshop UNLESS a custom workshop was created for your group; in which case it is not refundable. Some special events may have different cancellation policies. Please read terms and policies when completing your registration.
Studio Location & Policies
ON LOCATION STUDIO See Each Class For Class Locations GERANIUM DRIVE STUDIO • Geranium Drive, Lewis Center, Ohio (complete address is on your receipt of payment) • Cozy in-home studio with limited space • Only enrolled students may enter during class • Parents may wait in their car if preferred
Parking
GERANIUM DRIVE STUDIO • Park safely on the correct side of the road • Observe all posted parking signs • Geranium Drive allows parking on one side of the street

• Full payment secures your child’s spot • Website or contact me for other options • Family discounts apply only when noted
Safety & Behavior Expectations
• Student safety is the top priority • Enrollment confirms your child has no physical, emotional, or social conditions that would make participation unsafe • Parents confirm expectations have been reviewed with their child behavior • No running, disruptive behavior, or inappropriate language • A respectful, patient, creative environment is expected • Unsafe or disruptive behavior requires immediate parent pickup • No refunds or credits if a child cannot continue due to bullying, violence, inappropriate conduct, or ongoing disruption
Materials & Safety
• Materials may include paint, glue, pastels, chalk, clay, fabric, scissors, hot glue, and other tools • Close supervision is provided; art-making involves inherent risk • Supplies must not be eaten or placed in mouths • All safety instructions must be followed
Attendance, Illness & Make-Up Sessions
• Due to limited spots and advance planning, make-ups are not always available, but I try • If the studio cancels (weather or unforeseen circumstances), a make-up or credit will be provided • Please do not send sick children • Children with persistent symptoms (cough, runny nose, recent illness) will require immediate pickup** • Absences: Please text before class **GERANIUM DRIVE STUDIO
Drop Off & Pick Up
ON LOCATION STUDIO • Prompt pickup is required • Late pickup fee: $1 per minute • Repeated late pick ups may result in dismissal without refund • Repeated late pickups GERANIUM DRIVE STUDIO • Arrive no more than 5–10 minutes early • Arrivals 15+ minutes late may miss instruction • Prompt pickup is required • Late pickup fee: $1 per minute • Repeated late pickups or early drop-offs (15+ minutes early) may result in dismissal without refund fees
